Pet Policy
We are a pet friendly community equipped with multiple pet stations and nearby walking trails! We allow a maximum of 2 pets per household. There is a non-refundable pet fee of $300 for one pet, or $500 for 2 pets. Monthly pet rent is $20 per pet. We do not have a weight limit, however breed restrictions do apply:

At Livano Trinity, your pets are just as important to us, which is why we offer incredible amenities just for them! Our Livano Pet Center offers boarding for both dogs and cats, dog day care, grooming, and veterinary services. We also have a large, fenced pet park for your furry friends to play with the other Livano pets. If you're looking for more privacy, we offer pet yards in select homes.
